Papers should be submitted to the Journal's submission email address: editorwindermere@gmail.com

The Journal of AI and Humanities invites the submission of high-quality, original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and thought-provoking essays that explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and the humanities. Our aim is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and provide valuable insights into how AI technologies can enhance humanities research and how humanities perspectives can inform the development and ethical deployment of AI. Manuscripts must be in English and formatted according to the journal's style guide, including a title page with the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and the corresponding author’s contact information. The main manuscript should include an abstract (250 words maximum), keywords (5-7), and appropriately structured sections such as introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. For essays and reviews, the manuscript should be structured in a manner that ensures clarity and coherence. Figures and tables should be included at the end of the manuscript or in a separate file, with high-resolution images and appropriate captions.

All submissions must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring their work is free from plagiarism, properly cited, and acknowledges the contributions of others. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a cover letter that briefly explains the significance of the work, its relevance to the journal, and confirms that all authors have approved the submission and that there are no conflicts of interest.

Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically via the editor’s email. Upon submission, the manuscript will undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to ensure it meets the journal's standards and fits within the scope.

Manuscripts that pass this initial check will be sent for double-blind peer review, ensuring that reviewers do not know the identities of the authors and vice versa. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments.

Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. This includes obtaining necessary approvals for studies involving human or animal subjects and disclosing any potential conflicts of interest or sources of funding. Ethical considerations are paramount, and failure to comply with ethical standards can result in the rejection of the manuscript.

Accepted manuscripts will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading. Authors will have the opportunity to review the proofs before publication to ensure the accuracy of the final version. The final version will be published online and in print in the upcoming issue of the journal. Information regarding any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees, if applicable, will be provided on the journal's website. Authors should ensure they understand any financial obligations before submission.

For any queries regarding the manuscript submission process, please contact the editorial office at [editorial email address] or visit our website at [journal website link] for more information. We look forward to receiving your contributions and advancing the interdisciplinary field of AI and humanities research, where your work will help to bridge the gap between technology and humanistic inquiry.
